NETA Scholarships Each year NETA awards three $1000 scholarships to students transferring from a NETA affiliated 2-year institution to a NETA affiliated 4-year. The deadline to apply is April 1, 2011.   2010 -2011 Scholarship Application   Congratulations 2010 Scholarship Winners! The NETA Governing Board Scholarship: Peter A. Bertelli from Massasoit Community College who will be attending Bridgewater State College. The Rowe T. Austin Scholarship: Camillo Archuleta from Greenfield Community College who will be attending Western New England College. The Jane Hanna Scholarship: Maria Gomez-Caraballo from Holyoke Community College who will be attending Mount Holyoke College. The Jane Hanna Scholarship: Runfeng Chen from Bristol Community College who will be attending UMASS Amherst. This year, we were happy to award two Jane Hanna Scholarships due to an uncollected scholarship the previous year. Our 2009 recipients were: The NETA Governing Board Scholarship: Ana Arruda from North Shore Community College who will be attending Salem State College. The Rowe T. Austin Scholarship: Thomas Russell from Mount Wachusett Community College who will be attending Fitchburg State College. The Jane Hanna Scholarship: Erica Pelletier from Holyoke Community College who will be attending either Smith or Mount Holyoke. Scholarship applicants must: Have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.5 Be eligible to receive an Associate’s degree in the spring semester of the year that the application is made Transfer to a NETA affiliated four-year school Successfully complete 30 credits from the nominating institutio Access 2011 scholarship application here.
